We ship USPS First-Class Package and USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping rates and delivery times depends on where you live and the weight of the items you purchase. USPS calculates the shipping rates.

REGULAR SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • Orders are normally packed and ready to be shipped 1 - 7 business days after the order has been placed. Please allow this time for order processing (see table below).
  • We ship USPS First-Class Package and USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping rates and delivery times depends on where you live and the weight of the items you purchase. USPS calculates the shipping rates.
  • During the holidays, orders may take additional business days to process.
  • To speed up delivery times, orders may arrive separately.
  • Our t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and phone cases are made on-demand, which means when you order, it's printed just for you.

          DELIVERY ISSUES

          If your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:

          • Wait 24 hours - Please allow an additional day (24 hours) for delivery. Sometimes the carriers make mistakes and delivers to your neighbors. This is the #1 reason why you didn't receive your package. It's most likely the carrier delivered to your neighbor.
          • Check your surroundings — Look around your porch, garage, mailbox, or any other exterior doors in case the carrier left it in a safe place.
          • Check with neighbors — Ask neighbors or your building manager to see if the courier left the package with them.
          • Contact your local post office — Provide your tracking number and ask if they have your package or can confirm delivery details.
          • Verify your shipping address — Review your order confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. We ship to the exact address provided during checkout, and cannot be responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address.
          • Still missing? — If your package is not located after completing the steps above, and 7 business days have passed since the “Delivered” scan, please contact USPS to file a Missing Mail search request and submit a claim using your tracking number. You can also call 1-800-222-1811 Monday - Friday.

          • If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.

          MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

          • At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

          TRACK ORDERS

          • After you place an order, you will be sent an order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
          • When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
          • The shipping confirmation email will include shipment details, your tracking number, and a package-tracking link.
          • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

          BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

          • We do not ship orders on U.S. federal holidays.
          • A business day is considered Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

          PLEASE NOTE

          • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
          • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping costs if you decide to return your order.
          • You may cancel your order up to 1 hour after it's been placed. Please follow our return process if you decide that you no longer want your order after 1 hour.
          • Our t-shirts, hoodies, mouse pads, and phone cases are made on-demand, which means when you order, it's printed just for you.
