DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGNS?
While we don't currently customize designs, we're always open to suggestions. If there's a specific character or design you would like to see, let us know! We appreciate your input and are constantly working to enhance our product offerings.
DO YOU SELL OR LICENSE YOUR DESIGNS FOR IRON-ONS, PATCHES, or TRANSFERS?
We appreciate your interest in our designs, but we do not sell or license our designs for iron-ons, patches, or transfers. If there's a specific product you're looking for, we're always open to suggestions! Feel free to reach out to us with your ideas.

We currently do not have any brick and mortar retail locations.

THE QUANTITY I WANT TO PURCHASE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
If the quantity you desire is currently unavailable, it means we do not have it in stock. Please reach out to us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of our website, or visit our Contact Us page (located at the bottom of our website), and we will inform you when you can expect a restock.
CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS
At Sparkle Blu, we welcome custom, special and large orders for our products. If you have a request for large quantities, please reach out to us directly through our Contact Us form or email.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to begin production.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping your order.
- If you need to cancel a custom or large order, please be aware that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs of materials and production that have already been initiated based on your order.
- The average turnaround time for special and large orders is typically 2 weeks.
This deposit ensures that we can secure materials and initiate production promptly. Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed quote/invoice for your review. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all custom, special and large orders.

Our first order 15% discount code is one use per customer. Please don't abuse it.

Shipping and Order Management:
CAN YOU CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change or edit a customer's billing address. You will need to cancel the existing order and submit a new one with the correct billing information.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
If your order is marked as a fraudulent risk, it will be cancelled to protect our customers and our company.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $60. Shipping costs for orders below $60 are calculated by the shipping carrier. We use USPS First-Class Package and USPS Priority Mail, both equipped with tracking. Rates and delivery times depend on your location and the weight of your purchased items.

WHY DID I RECEIVE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
Your order may ship in multiple packages to expedite delivery. We store some inventory in-house and work with a fulfillment center.
