A: Yes, all of our artwork and illustrations are exclusive property of Sparkle Blu. In addition, they are registered and protected by U.S. copyright laws. Purchases from Sparkle Blu does not transfer reproduction rights. All of Sparkle Blu's artwork on this site and our social media pages should not be copied, edited, reproduced or used without our permission. Any use without prior written permission of Sparkle Blu is strictly prohibited.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY RETAIL LOCATIONS?
A: We currently do not have any brick and mortar retail locations.
Q: IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, HOW DO I GET ON THE WAIT-LIST?
A: Click on the "Notify Me When Available" black button on the page of the product you want to purchase and enter your email address. You will be notified once the product is restocked. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders.
Q: DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
A: Yes, we do! Please click HERE to purchase. Gift cards can only be redeemed on our website www.SparkleBlu.com. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
A: If your order is marked as a fraudulent risk by our system, the order will be cancelled. We want to protect our customers and our company.
Q: WHY DID I RECEIVE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
A: Your order may ship in multiple packages so we're able to deliver your order faster. We store some inventory in-house but we also work with a fulfillment center.
Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Q: WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER?
A: Don't worry, your order has not shipped yet. Our orders take 1 - 4 business days to process and prepare for shipping. Please click HERE to view our shipping policy.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: You many cancel your order up to 1 hour after it's been placed. To cancel an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After an hour, please follow our return policy.

Q: CAN I USE THE FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT MULTIPLE TIMES?
A: Our first order 10% discount code is one use per customer. You get this code by signing up for our email list via the pop-up box on our website. We kindly ask that you don’t abuse our first order discount code.
Q: ARE THERE COLOR VARIATIONS?
A: Since all of our products are hand illustrated, colors may vary slightly. Also, product color may vary due to your monitor settings and photography lighting.
Q: ARE ENVELOPES INCLUDED WITH THE GREETING CARDS?
A: Yes, one envelope is included with each greeting card.
