RETURNS

  • If you are not totally in love with your Sparkle Blu purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the original order's arrival date. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • We will accept returns for items in it's original packaging, unused or unworn condition and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days you receive the items.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 14 days.
  • We'll process your return as soon as we receive it minus the original shipping costs to your original payment method.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs, but the original shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the carrier.
  • Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to process and appear in your account. This time-frame depends on your payment provider.
  • A business day is considered Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If we made an error, email us immediately at service@sparkleblu.com to resolve the issue.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or e-gift cards.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in its original condition, or if it's damaged or altered.

RETURN PROCESS

  • To start a return, please send an email to service@sparkleblu.com with the following information: 1. Your order number 2. The items you wish to return and the reason.
  • We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We require a return tracking number to ensure receipt of item.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs, but the original shipping fees will not be returned as they are paid directly to the carrier.
  • EXCHANGES
  • To process an exchange, we recommend that you repurchase the item you want, while separately processing a return. Exchanges are processed like returns. 

    DAMAGED/ERRORS

    • Mistakes do happen, although rare, they do occur. If you received a damaged, defective or the wrong item, please send us a photo along with your order number at service@sparkleblu.com and we'll fix the issue. 

    CANCELLATIONS

    • You many cancel your order up to 1 hour after it's been placed. To cancel an order, please email us at service@sparkleblu.com
    • If you want to cancel your order after the 1 hour, please follow our return process for a refund.
    • Some of our products are made to order, which means, as soon as you place an order, we print just for you.

    RETURN/CANCELLATIONS Policy for CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS

    At Sparkle Blu, we strive to accommodate custom and large orders to meet your needs. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have specific policies for these types of orders:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to begin production for custom or large orders. This deposit ensures that we can secure materials and initiate production promptly.
  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a custom or large order, please be aware that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs of materials and production that have already been initiated based on your order.
  3. Order Confirmation: Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed quote/invoice for your review. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping your order.
