RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    To request a return, please email service@sparkleblu.com with:

    1. Your order number

    2. The item(s) you wish to return

    3. The reason for the return

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

SALE ITEMS

All sale, discounted, promotional, and holiday sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    DAMAGED/ERRORS

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • A clear photo of the full item
    • A close-up of the damaged area
    • Your order number

    Defective items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a resolution.
    Once approved, the item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If approved for return, you may place a new order for the correct item while your return is being processed.

    CANCELLATIONS

    • You many cancel your order up to 1 hour after it's been placed. To cancel an order, please email us at service@sparkleblu.com
    • If you want to cancel your order after the 1 hour, please follow our return process for a refund.
    • Some of our products are made to order, which means, as soon as you place an order, we print just for you.

    RETURN/CANCELLATIONS Policy for CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS

    At Sparkle Blu, we strive to accommodate custom and large orders to meet your needs. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have specific policies for these types of orders:

    • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to begin production for custom or large orders. This deposit ensures that we can secure materials and initiate production promptly.
    • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a custom or large order, please be aware that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs of materials and production that have already been initiated based on your order.
    • Order Confirmation: Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed quote/invoice for your review. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipping your order.
